Created attachment 8479 whisker-menu button xfce4-panel 4.13 added the option to customize icon sizes. However if set to 16px (best option for consistency), at resolution 1920x1080 the icon button looks too small. An option to resize the button independently from the rest would be really neat. See screen shot for reference.
I'm sorry, but I think consistency in icon sizes is more important.
I understand. However please note that "Applications Menu" icon always uses the maximum height available in the panel. I think Whisker should perhaps do the same
I've tried switching to Icons and Text, making it use only one row and messing with where it sat, changing my icon sizes, changing my row sizes, changing the amount of rows, and there simply is no option available to me that doesn't look ugly. The only configuration for the whiskermenu button that looks decent on my desktop is the one I had before this upgrade: a really big all-rows-spanning icon. I don't understand how having that option, and having icon size consistency, are mutually exclusive things. If the option to make the icon bigger again is off by default, and the code checks for that setting's bool wherever it may need to, what's the issue exactly? I'm a programmer--I can help with whatever extra work that entails.
