Set notifications to disappear after 60 seconds. 

That works for all notifications but Chrome. They disappear earlier than that. After around 20 seconds. 

Anyone can confirm?

Here notifications are set to disappear after 5 seconds, from Firefox notifications disappear at the expected time, but from Chrome(ium) they take 25 seconds.

I almost sure this is chrome setting the expire time:
