The panel 2 icons do not size to Panel Preferences --> Row Size (pixels), but rather stay very small.  See the attachment

I'm not sure I understand this report. Your problem is that the icons in the menu are not as big as the ones in the panel?

If so, that's intended. Otherwise the menu would be huge and barely usable.

Hi Simon,

This is no longer an issue with 4.14.  The icons now fit inside the panel.  Thank you for the fix!
