Open the Xfce settings panel, click on the startup screen icon. * Choose 'Simple' * Choose 'Settings' * Check the checkbox 'Choose other image' and click on the folder icon on the right of it. Then try to pick an actual image. On that note, the app hangs, with a 100% CPU usage, and after some time I got incredible lagging with my mouse. Killing the processid with kill didn't work at all, the kill -s 9 command was needed. I have posted this on the Zenwalk forum also, and other users are able to reproduce this bug. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open XFCE settings panel 2. Choose startup screen settings 3. Choose 'Simple', then 'Settings', then 'Choose other image'. 4. Click on the folder icon to the right and try to choose an image Actual Results: MCS Manager will hang, 100% CPU usage, after some time severe mouse lag. Expected Results: Opened a dialog box (or the file manager) to pick an icon. GTK2+ 2.8.10
works fine here (ubuntu dapper, gtk 2.8.16), current mcs manager and xfce-session
