Created attachment 7653 Version text of xfwm If i've set up the "desktop settings" to randomize the background picture, let's say every 6 hours, manually selecting a different one should reset this timer to its initial value of 6 hours. Otherwise, if a few seconds or minutes are remaining before another background was scheduled to be selected, the manually selected background is shown for a very short amount of time, instead of 6 hours.
