Every time i open chromium, it opens up maximized on my secondary screen, because xfwm remembers it was closed there. But i have to manually right-click the top window title bar thingy to select the "always on visible workspace" option every time. In my opinion, this setting should be saved, too.
afaik Xfwm4 doesn't remember window geometry. It's likely Chromium itself placing the window like this.
