Deaar Maintainer,

I have additionally assigned f-keys to my custom actions. 
With Thunar 1.7 these are no longer available and no longer visible. The file in ~ / .config / Thunar / accels.scm is still there. 
This bug only affects version 1.7, in 1.6.13 everything is ok.
Xfce including all libs is already completely gtk3

My system is Debian Sid x86_64 with Kernel 4.14.7

Thank's for report, non working custom action hotkeys is a known issue for 1.7.
The issue is related to the ongoing replacement of the deprecated GtkAction from the thunarx API.

It is on the roadmap for thunar 1.8 and definately has to be fixed before release:

Hi, could you please check the 1.7.2 release?
It features a way to assign keyboard shorcuts to custom actions.
