I would like to click (or right-click) on the clock and have the option to set an alarm or a timer.

Something like this:

A line rigth below the calendar:
"Set an alarm or timer"

...or two lines:
"Set an alarm"
"Set a timer"

... or right-click on the clock and the options show up

It could be something simple like alarm-clock-applet (https://community.linuxmint.com/software/view/alarm-clock-applet) or similar software integrated to xfce4-datetime-plugin. I think this feature would be useful for people that need time management for study, work, projects and other personal uses.
