Fix gladeui2 detection

Only gladeui gtk2 path can be override with ./configure, not gladeui gtk3.
Moreover, since https://git.xfce.org/xfce/libxfce4ui/commit/?id=408df96e51b1c037a3b7433c355277b6667dda7a , gladeui2 moduledir path is incorrect.

This patch fix the  moduledir detection and allow configuration for gladeui2 gtk3.
