If I enter the menu "Applications" a hover with amouse over a certain line, the line should get "selected" and the background color to change, showing where am I at the moment with my mouse. Somehow, this doe snot work fom most of the available styles. 3 Styles available under Applications->Settings->Appearance work: Adwaita - works Adwaita-dark - works High Contrast - works All remaining ones do not: Raleigh - selected row is not highlighted Xfce* - selected row is not highlighted I think I used to have the default Xfce* (whichever) style with previous xfce releases and at some point (around 4.13?) upgrade it broke. I initially reported it at https://bugs.gentoo.org/632652 .
That's a gtk theme issue, nothing to do with the window manager. But those are not maintained anymore as far as I know, I can even find the git repo so closing as wontfix.
