Fix some autotools warnings, default debug to yes

Fix some autotools warnings.
Default to enable-debug=yes instead of full to avoid deprecation errors in make distcheck (and because there is a lot of deprecated warning du to gtk).
Also fix a duplicate DISTCHECK_CONFIGURE_FLAGS entry.

Maybe the m4/introspection.m4 can be removed too.

Thanks! I pushed your patches to master a while ago. We'll leave the introspection file so that you can still build util if you don't have introspection installed on your system at all.
