patch to make garcon-gtk2-1.pc optional

With the latest release (0.6.1) pkgconfig file for Gtk2 support (garcon-gtk2-1.pc) is installed even we unset this option. Patch fixes this issue as Gtk2 is optional, that file should be also optional.
