Hello. I use Whisker Menu 2.1.2 on Xubuntu 17.04 and I have an issue with scrolling applications list ('All' for example) with my mouse. When I click and hold LMB on the scrollbar and drag my mouse up and down, the list stop scrolling when mouse cursor is outside the scrollbar region.

This was actually a GTK bug and it is fixed in a GTK version newer than what is in Xubuntu 17.04. It does not occur in Xubuntu 17.10.
