Hybrid suspend or suspend-to-both is an additional sleep mode since kernel 3.6 combining suspend-to-ram and suspend-to-disk.

Both pm-utils and systemd expose this mode via pm-suspend-hybrid and the hybrid-sleep.target respectively. It would be nice if xfpm could offer hybrid suspend additionally to the usual suspend and hibernate actions.

Note, that there was a patch provided in https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11339 which may add this functionality at least partially. However, IMO the hybrid suspend mode should be on par with the other sleep modes, e.g. it should be also available on desktop systems (without lids).
