When your SSH connection has problems and you can't "Disconnect" or browse the folders anymore, I always have to either reboot the server, reboot the client or turn off network connections of the client and hope thunar just throws an error and "disconnects". Then I can reconnect and it works again. When the connection stops working and I press on "Disconnect" inside thunar, thunar just freezes and it rarely recovers. This is why there has to be a "Force close connection" option so that for whatever reason, the connection can be closed instantaneously without further problems. Thank you.
