I have two monitors. When I move some window from left one to right or vice versa, no matter how fast I do it the window gets resized. Some windows like terminal lose their state after two resizes (when small xfce4-terminal get's resized to half-screen and then back to small all text disappears and I need to scroll inside it to restore text) and fore some apps like Eclipse or Chrome window resize is heavy operation.
As another approach we may draw a rectangle in that area
