If I could set 4 more keyboard shortcuts for Thunar I wouldn't have to take my hands off the keyboard at all. I know that in order to be able to change a keyboard shortcut for a task, a menu item for that task should exist. So I want 4 menu items: 1-Change tabs 2-Create file (there is an "emtry file" menu item as a submenu of "create document", but you can't set a shortcut for that) 3-Go to removable media Thank you for your great work!
1: You can switch the tabs using Alt + (1..9) 2: As a workaround, you can do: Alt + F, D, D, E You could also create a custom action calling a script which would call zenity asking the file name and then "touch" it. I know, too kludgy :D 3: If you use the same named volume, in my case "PENDRIVE", you can create a shortcut on the side pane(/run/media/<user>/PENDRIVE) and assign a accelerator to it in Go -> PENDRIVE.
