This is a feature wish: For the sake of "do not annoy the user if everything is as usual", I'd like to have the option to define a threshold. If the current CPU load is below this threshold, no CPU graph is shown. Instead, the current background of the panel is shown so that the plugin actually vanishes from the interface as much as possible. If the CPU load is above this threshold, the graph (including its recent "history") is visible (again).
