After upgrade of Fedora 21 to 22, which included an updated Xfce desktop, the "Reverse scroll direction" mouse setting is broken. I've been using this setting since before F20, I think, and it was working. But, in 4.10.1 the status if this toggle is ignore/irrelevant in most applications. I think the setting does affect native Xfce tools, like the Settings tool. But, in Firefox and Evince, for example, the sense of scrolling is always "with the scroll bar," not "with the page" as is typical for touch screen applications. Yeah, could be. I noticed that the setting is honored by xterm, but no other programs I've tried so far. Makes sense that this is GTK3 related.
