Please update the location of the mimeapps.list file to ensure compatibility with the following glib change:

- moving ~/.local/share/applications/mimeapps.list to ~/.config/

Thaddaeus, are there any changes to the file's format that could cause exo to fail processing it?

It seems supporting the new location is safe to do as xfce4-settings already uses it. Nick, could you please accept this patch?
