With Xfdesktop 4.11.2, RTL text (such as arabic) and its related desktop icon are strongly misaligned (see attached screenshot)

To reproduce this bug :
-create a folder on the desktop
-rename it with a right to left language
-result : icon and text are not aligned, with icon at left, text at right and text frame between them.

Xubuntu 12.04 32 bit with xfce 4.12 installed from ppa

Fix icon labels in RTL languages

This should fix the RTL issues. Let me know if it works or if you find a way to break it!
