Under FreeBSD, with xfdesktop-4.11.0 xfdesktop-settings coredumps.

I compile it with:

- GLib 2.34.3

And the latest Xfce libraries (plus libxfce4ui, xfce4-settings, and xfwm4 development releases).

Good news is that it appears to be fixed with the changes in this commit: http://git.xfce.org/xfce/xfdesktop/commit/?id=af240b063cd0678dc1739ffa28e93f1ff530bead which is from https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10380
If you want to verify it does fix the crash for you as well.

xfdesktop 4.11.1 works fine.
