this works as expected

    mailto:nobody@example.com?subject=foo

but this fails

    mailto:?subject=foo

Unable to detect the URI-scheme of "mailto:?subject=foo".

% exo-open -V
exo-open 0.10.2

Both examples seem to work with the current git master.

exo-open "mailto:nobody@example.com?subject=foo"
exo-open "mailto:?subject=foo"

Can you please try this again?
