I just want revive an old feature request:

When in view list in a folder that is full of files, you need to go in File menu or Ctrl+Shift+N (I have another action associate to this keyboard shortcut) to create a new folder. It would be great to have a button (as suggest in the mailing list exchange) or to have Create Folder menu context even when clicking a file.
