NetworkManager is called to shutdown interfaces before screen is locked. This causes problems when locking requires network (e.g. because $HOME/bin is in $PATH and $HOME is NFS mounted). Shutting down interfaces should be done very late; and due the NFS $HOME use case, it would be nice when this operation could be disabled at all by a configuration option.
