Hello, if a bug status is needinfo, user can't change status to NEW or ASSIGNED after info is provided.

The problem is Bug 9680
Info was requested by me, I provided that info but in the status drop-down I see only NEEDINFO and RESOLVED. I need NEW or ASSIGNED. Now this very bad bug is stuck in needinfo and I don't know how to bring developer attention again.

Please do not file bugs intended only to bring attention to other bugs.  It only creates more work for the bug managers when they do get to them.  The bug tracker exists so we can see the bugs and address them as possible.

If you have read my description, it is about a problem with bugzilla workflow and I pointed out specific bug that there was a problem with. I see the other bug has been put in a proper state now so immediate issue is resolved but I don't know if the underlying workflow issue is..
